Pre condition
A record is has the status ‘In Progress’, ‘In Review’, ‘Validated’, ‘Registered’, ‘Certified’, ‘Issued’, ‘Archived’
Triggers
A user wants to view a record
Flow
User finds the record they are interested in viewing
User clicks “View”
Record is loaded (internet connection required)
User has a read-only view of the record and supporting documents
User closes the record when finished viewing
Post conditions
Record and User Audit logs updated to show that the record was ‘Viewed’ and by whom
